1. Who we are

2. What we collect
When you place an order: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number and the items in your cart. When you contact us: your name, email and the content of your message. When you visit the site: anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, country, device type) collected without cookies that identify you.
3. How we use it
We use your data to process and ship orders, to reply to your questions, to send the cellar letter (only if you have explicitly subscribed) and to keep records required by law (invoicing, taxation). We do not use your data for behavioural advertising and we do not profile you.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with the third parties strictly necessary to fulfil an order: our payment processor (Gatekeeper), our shipping carriers and our accountant. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. Hosting is provided by our European VPS provider with data centres in the European Union.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, port and erase your personal data, as well as to object to or restrict its processing. Write to hello@distelane.com to exercise any of these rights — we will respond within thirty days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
6. Retention
We keep order data for ten years to comply with French commercial law. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe with one click at the bottom of any email; data is deleted within thirty days of unsubscription. Contact-form messages are kept for two years.
